Yes, you should always wear a helmet when Footbiking. If you are involved in an accident while Footbiking, a helmet will significantly reduce the chances of a fatal or serious head injury.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
